This is a shophouse school, but from the signage I can't figure out what is taught there. Sadly, some businesses draw down their gratings by the golden hour, and I can't see in to find out.
Google translate renders the Thai running along the bottom curve of the banana as "Smart at studying... easy peasy." I'm not entirely sure that's an idiomatic translation.
